Mike is a Managing Director within the Asset Management Practice at Charles Sterling Group. He serves as the Distribution Practice leader, and brings over 30 years of industry sales leadership experience to the firm. Before joining Charles Sterling Group, Mike led Intermediary Distribution at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He joined Morgan Stanley after 14 years at MFS Investment Management, where he held a variety of sales leadership roles, most recently serving as Head of Sales and Relationship Management – MFS Advisory Resources Group. Mike began his career in financial services with Federated Investors.
Mike’s breadth of experience provides him with unique insight into the rapidly changing and complex product management and distribution landscapes. He has built and led sales and relationship management teams across all product and distribution channels. His experience with established and emerging platforms allows him to deliver relevant market intelligence and access high caliber talent across the industry.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College.
